Kay is the Co-Founder and CEO of ITRG Secure, bringing more than 25 years of proven executive track record experience within the ITAD Disposition arena. Kay manages corporate direction and strategy as well as business development. Having sat on many executive committees within the School and Corporation sector, Kay saw the overwhelming need for accurate reporting, ease of removal of assets, and secure data control and destruction. Building a team of Industry leaders, ITRG Secure was born. Kay formed ITRG Secure to create a more efficient, advanced, and TRUST worthy option for organizations searching for ITAD and security services by implementing advanced processes and following R2 and ISO standards company-wide. Along with the ITAD services, Kay continues to add value-added services including facility security.

Prior to ITRG Secure, Kay was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Electronic Recycling and Trading (ERT). Kay was responsible for the global sales, marketing, and forward movement of client retention and management. AT ERT she led the transformation from startup to one of the top electronic recycling companies in the nation with a growth of 50% year over year. Kay has held numerous board positions within the electronic recycling and ITAD industry as well as being the spearhead in moving the industry toward higher standards and accountability. Kay has also been recognized as one of the first women in electronic recycling.
