Kay Ramon
Kay is the Co-Founder and CEO of ITRG Secure. Kay has 25 years of entrepreneur experience and found her passion for the K-12 community after serving on several education boards and saw the overwhelming need for responsible and secure recycling of memory containing devices in our schools. IT Recycling Group was formed creating an efficient, advanced, and trustworthy option for K-12 end of life electronics. IT Recycling Group pushed the evolution of responsible recycling and pay for assets by writing one of the first RFP for electronic recycling and introduced R2 standards of recycling as a standard. After 10 years and over 200 Texas ISD’s served, IT Recycling Group is now ITRG Secure.
Kay has brought together a team of educators, CTO’s and Purchasing Directors all equally passionate for our K-12 community. ITRG Secure is bringing the most advanced and cost-effective products to support our IT and Safety and Security departments.
Alex Fernandez
Co-Founder and COO
Alex is Co-Founder and COO of ITRG Secure. He is responsible for overall operations of the company as well as future growth expansions with the Physical Security sector.
David Ramon
VP of Sales and E-Commerce
David is the VP of Sales and E-Commerce. He is a founding member of ITRG Secure bringing more than 30 years of sales, marketing, and executive management experience.
Wayne Fulton
Senior Sales Education
Wayne has 35 years of experience as public school IT Director and now is part of the ITRG Secure team.
Ed Wooten
Executive Director of Sales
Ed brings over two decades’ experience obtaining goods and services for Texas school districts including San Antonio and Dallas ISDs.
